Alena is from Berlin, CT and is currently attending Assumption University in Worcester, MA. She is majoring in Organizational Communications with a minor in Marketing. Alena has developed a passion for marketing and broadcasting and hopes to develop the skills to be a Sportscaster one day. Outside of work and school, Alena enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family around her. 

Experience

During her three years of college so far she has been able to expand her knowledge of communications, marketing and advertising. While additionally gained basic skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Alena has taken an Organizational behavior course where they were helping restaurants in Worcester better their business both internally and customer satisfaction. She went to restaurants in Worcester and interviewed them on their managerial style to see what strategies and leadership works best for their employees in order to maintain a strong flourishing business and provide good customer satisfaction.
