About Rick

AWS is proud to call Rick our Service Manager. Rick has 40 years of experience as a Window Service Technician, as well as 20 years of experience installing windows. He is determined, reliable, with a strong work ethic, and is always on time. He will go above and beyond to solve an issue for a customer.

When Rick is not on the job he enjoys spending time with his family and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels – Quinn & Kora.

If any customer is experiencing an issue, Rick goes out immediately to assess the situation and address any customer’s concerns. He can repair windows, doors, and even siding. He enjoys being able to resolve the problem, knowing the homeowner is satisfied and no longer has to worry about it while re-assuring them AWS is here for them. After so many years in the field, Rick has seen it all, and even when there’s a seemingly unique complication he is able to solve it with his vast knowledge.
